We had a very relaxing Saturday tour of Barossa, Adelaide Hills and Adelaide CBD. Roger offered helpful suggestions on how we could better appreciate Adelaide’s wine region for the only day we had. Enjoyed the wine tasting and lunch. Looking forward to coming back for another tour. Thanks Roger and Ambler Touring!

Such a delight to meet such a kind, knowledgeable, courteous gentleman, willing to tailor an unforgettable experience for my partner and I. We ventured to some beautiful vineyards, exquisite cafe serving waffles with coffee & chocolate pairings. Sightseeing and immersion into two days of Barossa & Mclaren Vale

Roger was amazing. The tour was very personalized and gave a wonderful brush stroke view of the Adelaide hills region. The local produce and scenery is incredible; as an Australian it really makes you grateful to be in such a blessed country. There is no way the tour was financially lucrative or even viable for our host and yet he took us on in spite if this and did so gladly. This was an intimate, custom and unforgettable experience. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Ambler Touring and Roger are really fantastic. He provided such a wonderful, tailored experience for us. The wealth of knowledge he has and gives you so much information. It is so much more than a wine tour. The day is very relaxed and planned out well, we managed to fit so much in sightseeing, including seeing some local wildlife, wineries and a saunter around Hahndorf all topped off with another winery and Roger was even able to show us some Koalas on the drive back to Adelaide. Ambler Touring is a must. We will definitely be contacting them when we return for another tour.

Both Di and Roger gave us 3 days of touring which arguably were the best we've ever had locally or overseas. Although we went via another tour operator, Ambler Touring through both Di & Roger provided service that was incomparable. Nothing was too much trouble and the knowledge of the local areas that they married with our desires suited us perfectly. I can honestly say that they showed us things that fitted with our likes without us telling them so. Perfect touring.

Thoroughly enjoyed our day exploring the Adelaide Hills. The tour lets you do whatever you want really, we had the freedom to choose our itinerary and Di provided some really great suggestions. We were picked up and dropped off at our apartment and Di made the day really easy and enjoyable, we never once felt rushed even though it was a long day!

My husband and I did a recent private tour with Roger to the Adelaide Hills. Roger was very informative and he took us to the places we wanted to go. If we ever come back to Adelaide we will definitely use him again.

Outstanding. A local we bumped into on arrival in Stirling recommended Ambler Touring and Roger - and we are so glad we did! Terrific host, terrific day. My wife and I had no agenda - just a day together to enjoy the delights of the Adelaide Hills. Roger took us to some amazing boutique wineries, restaurants and stores and we left with more wine and produce than we needed but so glad to support him and these local businesses, particularly as they recover from the bushfires. Thank you Roger - we could not recommend you more highly.
