Our guide, Ben, was great! We were picked up from the airport when we landed with no issues. Since it was a private tour, we customized as we went! Ben was very knowledgeable about Sydney and the surrounding Blue Mountains. I highly recommend contacting him if you want to explore Sydney and the surrounding area!

ben did a great job organizing this tour. He is an excellent driver and a great conversationalist. His insight about the animals and nature and the history of these places was really outstanding. This is a don’t miss tour if you’re looking for something outside Sydney to do.

We visited Sydney during the bush fires, intense rains, flooding, and the corona virus! I had made arrangements with Ben 2 months in advance and was in frequent communication with him about whether or not we should do this tour. Ben assured me things had improved and we could still have a nice experience. So I put my faith in him and indeed was not disappointed. Ben picked us up at our hotel and off we went. Due to the rains, and although some trails were closed, the water falls were flowing and early morning misty cloud cover gave us spectacular views. If ever we reached an obstacle, Ben had a “plan B”. While the mountains were well worth viewing, Ben also took us into some charming small towns. He has an excellent wealth of knowledge regarding history, flora and fauna. If this is an area you want to have an excursion to, then Ben Barry is your man.

We had A spectacular day with Ben on his tour of the blue mountains. He thought of every detail in planning our day. Despite the fires and floods in the area he navigated around the area providing us with an experience that exceeded our expectations. He is knowledgeable of the human and natural history of the area as well as an impressive naturalist. The tour was a great value and we enjoyed getting to know Ben. We hope to engage him again in other experiences. Well done Ben Barry.

Ben is the only guide to take you around the Blue mountains. Would highly recommend! We got to see some amazing spots that only Ben knows: incredible views and wild life. The day was a lot of fun, flexible and informative. Don’t go if it is not with Ben!

Our (family of 5 with teens) first time visiting the blue mountains, decided to use a tour guide. Pick up was quick and easy, Ben makes for great conversation in the car and gives a good brief of how the day will unfold. Super flexible, whilst there is some structure he follows, it is heavily based on what you want to do which made it far more enjoyable for all of us. He really does know all of his stuff, not a question that went unanswered. Made the effort to check in on us every so often to see how we were travelling. In all, absolute legend of a guide 10/10 would recommend to book with him for a Sydney private tour. The Kings.

What a great tour! Our guide (Ben) was knowledgeable and organised. It was a relaxing drive taking in the stunning scenery. We got a great view of the 3 Sisters, followed by a nice wander to see the waterfall at Wentworth Falls and best of all the kids had the amazing experience of seeing wild kangaroos in the forest. We could not have wished for a better experience!
